Complete kit: count every component

ANNIE 02905 lists eight items: a bowl, two clips, three brush sizes and two combs. A kit’s piece count should match a written component list and the packaging illustration, so the shopper, warehouse and purchasing team expect the same contents.

Two Tianba catalogue starting points

HS 79139 tint brush: 210 × 40mm; 12 brushes per box; 540 individual brushes per export carton; carton 48 × 29 × 35.5cm. The pointed handle supports sectioning. Confirm the bristle feel, handle finish and colour with the approved sample.

HS 42039 handled bowl: catalogue capacity 700ml; 175 × 155 × 66mm; non-slip-base design; 100 individual bowls per carton, 59 × 37.5 × 41.5cm. The catalogue separately lists 12 bowls per inner bag: confirm the actual inner-bag arrangement in the packing list. Do not round carton quantities into complete bags.

These are separate catalogue products, not an already approved retail kit. Combining them changes the component count, presentation and shipping configuration; request a kit quotation and packing sample.

Prevent the purchasing mismatches that matter

• A cheap set has fewer usable tools: list each component, quantity and intended task before comparing cost per set.
• Samples look similar but feel different: agree head dimensions, flexibility, edges, grip and finish. Review the selected tools with the intended formulation and cleaning routine.
• Capacity is confused with dosage: distinguish nominal capacity, usable mixing space and any requested marking verification. Follow the colour supplier’s mixing instructions.
• The carton does not match the retail artwork: separate pieces per set, sets per inner pack and sets per carton; approve the illustrated contents and packing record together.
• A repeat order arrives in an old version: reference the approved product sample, colour, component list and artwork revision on the reorder.

Does “eight-piece kit” mean eight brushes?

No. Count every bowl, clip, brush and comb separately and approve the component list with the packaging artwork.

Does catalogue packing define the minimum order?

No. A catalogue box or carton quantity and the quoted minimum order are separate fields. A custom kit needs its own quotation.

Can catalogue bowl capacity be used as a dosing guarantee?

No. Verify any requested measurement markings and leave appropriate mixing space. Use the formulation supplier’s instructions.

What should a private-label enquiry include?

Include each component model and quantity, approved-sample requirements, market, order quantity, logo, retail presentation and packing-unit definitions.
