Choosing the rod size
The 14 mm diameter and 91 mm length identify this single-colour rod. Choose a diameter together with hair length, section size and the required curl pattern. The final result also depends on hair condition and the setting method.
Section the hair, wrap it evenly around the rod and secure it gently with the holding band. Avoid excessive tension. For a chemical perm, follow the perm solution manufacturer's instructions and the stylist's assessment; these rods do not establish a universal processing time or temperature.
